I began to compare sensitive things in life and thought of oranges and tangerines; their individual cells holding the juice are easily breakable and so sensitive just like human lips. I wanted to show the contrast between lips and oranges by capturing both and setting them together in one piece in order to encourage the audience to see the similarities directly.
